Finding Success

Just imagine spending 40 days and 40 nights in the Teton Mountains and surrounding areas. The beauty, nature, peace, wonderful moments, beautiful sunsets and endless hours of being far from the hustle bustle of life.

Author Eric Zehnder did just that. When Author Eric Zehnder traveled to the Teton Mountains in Wyoming something very profound happened. He started writing quality sayings.

Eric went on to write 4,000 sayings in just 40 days while in the mountains. He then went on to write 8,000 more sayings and has amassed a personal library of over 12,000 sayings.

This book is a collection of wise, fun and humorous sayings. If you read a few, you will be entertained. However, if you apply the sayings in this book to everyday life situations, they will help put you on the path to living a victorious life.

Who Says, And Why Not

Those words. You can't do it.
All things are possible through Christ.
You can do it.

Loving The Unlovable

Sounds easy, but many times it's not that easy. Our natural instinct is to do unto others as they do to us. However as believers, as Christian's, we are called to a higher calling and within that calling is love. So how do we love the unlovable? How do we return good for evil?

By allowing the love of Christ to flow through us, and applying the fruits of the spirit while simply being Christ like. The key is not to become offended.

Go For Your Prize

There is a scripture that states "Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain" and another scripture that states "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us". Note it says "the race set before us".

It is also written "But lay up for yourselves (yourselves) treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal, For where your (your) treasure is, there will your (your) heart be also.

One of the things that caused many of the runners of a race to fall behind, and fail. Is rather than running their own race well (their own race), they try to referee and tell others how they should run their race, rather than focusing on there own race.

Do they not know that they will stand before God and give an account for their own race, (words, actions, deeds, judgements and so on) and not the race of others? Maybe this is also why Jesus said:

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Whatever race God has set before you, that is your race, so run it well. Don't try to run anothers race, or tell that runner how to run his race. Run the race that is set before you, for that is the only race that you will receive a prize for. Your race, and how you ran it.

Blessings, in Christ the giver of the prize.
